Overview
This webinar reviews Empeon’s Employee Self-Service (ESS) Hub, a separate platform from Empeon Workforce that allows employees to view and manage employment and pay information and receive employer communications. This session covers what the ESS Hub is, how employees access it via web or mobile app, recommended browsers, and the account registration, verification, and two-factor authentication process, including linking an existing ESS account to multiple company profiles. The session demonstrates core ESS features available by default - home dashboard, inbox, employee profile, pay stubs, documents, and tax forms - and outlines optional employer-enabled features such as profile edits and approvals, chat (HR Premium), timecards and punch fixes, clock in/out, accrual balances, time-off requests, reimbursements, and advanced scheduling with open shifts and callouts.
