ESS Hub Password Reset
For employees who have forgotten their ESS Hub password, the "I forgot my password" button on the login screen can be used to reset it. This process does not involve an Empeon Workforce User, although there also have the ability for a Workforce User to reset an employees ESS login credentials using the ESS Admin Tool.
When an employee initiates a password reset, a confirmation screen will appear asking if they wish to proceed. Upon selecting the "Reset password" button, an email will be sent to the employee's email address associated with their ESS account, containing additional steps to complete the reset process.
The email will look like this and the employee will need to click the blue "Reset Password" button within the email.
A window will open for the employee prompting them to reset their password. They will need to create a password that fits the criteria outlined on this screen. Once the new password is entered and confirmed, click the blue "Reset" button.
A confirmation screen will appear confirming that the password has been successfully reset with a link to the ESS sign-in screen.
