What is the ESS Hub?

Introduction

Empeon's Employee Self-Service (ESS) Hub is a separate platform from Empeon Workforce, designed specifically for employees to view and manage their employment and pay information. The ESS Hub also serves as a direct channel for receiving communication from their employer in a clear and confidential manner.

While the ESS Hub offers basic features like viewing pay history and managing employment information on file, additional features such as time-off requests, schedule viewing, and clocking in and out can be made available based on the employer's preferences and the Empeon package of solutions they are enrolled in.

The ESS Hub portal is accessible 24/7 via both PC and smart device browsers, allowing employees to access their information anytime, from any location.

As an employer, ensuring that employees are signed up with their ESS account is crucial for optimizing the features available within Empeon Workforce. It enables direct communication with employees through Notifications, Messages, Documents, and Paths.

Accessing the ESS Hub

Employees can login to their ESS Hub account by visiting https://hub.empeon.com/signin using their PC or smart device web browser. Empeon also offers an ESS Hub app, available on the Apple Store by searching "Empeon Hub". Currently an installable app is only available on the Apple Store, however the app's interface and features are identical to how the ESS Hub will function using a smart device or PC's web browser.
