Employee Information

  • View employee details: Access basic employee information.
  • View pay details: See employee pay information.
  • View base rate: See the employee's base pay rate.
  • View pay history: Access historical pay information for the employee.
  • View employee punches: Access records of employee work punches or time entries.
  • Add employee deductions: Add new deductions for an employee.
  • Update employee deductions: Modify existing deductions for an employee.
  • View employee deductions: See the current deductions for an employee.

Sensitive Personal Information

  • View Social Security Number (SSN): Access the employee’s SSN.
  • View Date of Birth (DOB): Access the employee’s date of birth.

Company Information

  • View company demographics: Access basic company demographic information.

After enrolling with Empeon, the next step is to contact TapCheck. If TapCheck is new, use the TapCheck enrollment form linked here.

If TapCheck is already in use and payroll is transitioning to Empeon, contact TapCheck using the information below to notify them that Empeon is the new payroll provider.
