This webinar explains how to use Path Management in Empeon’s HR Premium package to create customizable Paths which are task sequences for employees, managers, or other users to complete in the ESS hub. It covers creating Paths with sections and tasks (checklists, documents, attachments, custom text, upload requests, and videos), organizing and maintaining them (edit, duplicate, copy, deactivate), and adding them to onboarding templates. The session also demonstrates sending Paths to groups or individual employees, and monitoring completion through results dashboards, reminders, cancellations, and detailed task review, including reopening tasks when needed.
