Employees Not Syncing To All Clocks

If employees are appearing on one clock but not syncing to other clocks, there may be an issue with the synchronization settings.


Common Causes & Troubleshooting Steps

1. Auto Sync Not Enabled

  • Go to Company > Attendance > Attendance Settings

  • Click the Edit (pencil icon)

  • Toggle Auto Sync Clocks to On

  • Save your changes

2. Manual Sync Needed

  • If auto sync was off, perform a manual sync to ensure all employees are pushed to each clock.

Keep Auto Sync enabled at all times so new employees and updates automatically apply to every clock.

  • Company name

  • Clock serial numbers

  • Employee IDs not appearing on all clocks
