Onboarding - Welcome Video & Custom Welcome Message
Admins can now include a welcome video and a customized welcome message in New Hire packets.
To add a video and/or a custom message to an Onboarding template go to Company > Onboarding > select the edit pencil for the applicable template, and on the last step you can enter the message and add the video.
Celebrate Employee's Birthdays and Work Anniversaries
In the spirit of employee engagement, managers and admins can now celebrate employee birthdays and work anniversaries directly from the Empeon application.
Share Document With a Single Employee
In our June 2022 Release we introduced the Document Share feature where you can quickly and easily share documents with employees, who can then electronically complete and sign, or acknowledge receipt of the documents. With this release we added the ability to share a document with a single employee, directly from within the employee profile.
Require Employees to Upload Verification with Direct Deposit Change Requests
Admins can now require employees to include an upload (such as a voided check) as part of the employee requesting a direct deposit change.
The settings for this feature are found under the Direct Deposit Request & Approval settings (as shown below).
Once activated, every time the employee enters a new bank account in ESS, they will be prompted to upload the document.
Reports With Custom Schedule - Email Output
Now users can set reports with a custom schedule to be sent via email. Previously, the email option was only available for reports which were scheduled to run as part of a payroll process.
Quickly navigate between companies
Quick navigation between companies is now available by hovering over the company name and using the next/previous arrows.
Additionally, we added a keyboard shortcut (ctrl+space) to open the company navigator.
Copy Employee Import Configuration from one Company to Another
Users can now copy Employee Import Configuration from one company to another.
Power Import for Benefit Offers
Added Benefit Offers to the Power Import tool. This allows companies to mass import employee benefit offer records.
Bug Fixes
Fixed: In some scenarios the Auto Approve form employee requests was not working. This is now fixed.
