Reopen Paths for Improved Flexibility

We are excited to introduce a new feature that allows you to reopen tasks within a path, even after they have been completed. Previously, once a task was marked as complete by an employee, it could not be reopened. With this update, you have the flexibility to reopen a task if, for instance, an incorrect document was uploaded. This will enable employees to make necessary corrections and complete their tasks accurately.

Double Visit Payroll Audit - Overlapping Clock-in Dates

We did an enhancement to the Double Visit Payroll Audit feature. It now detects and highlights overlapping clock-in dates for all visits even if the earning code, job code and comments are not an exact match. This improvement provides better visibility into potential discrepancies, allowing you to identify and resolve any overlapping time entries more efficiently. We added a setting on the audit in case you do want to flag it as it was until now which is only when the earning, job code and comments are matching.

New Audit to Flag Amount per Pay Entry Record Filtered by Code Group

We have added a new audit to our powerful payroll audit library that validates pay records based on amounts. This addition empowers you to conveniently filter pay entry records by code group to easily identify any pay records that fall outside the expected pay range.

New Alert for Unapproved Timecards

To further strengthen our timecard approval process, we have introduced a new alert to our existing Alerts Library. You can now create an Alert for users to receive notifications for any timecards that have not been approved. This proactive alert serves as an additional layer of accountability, ensuring timely approval of timecards before payroll processing, and minimizing potential errors.

Add Dependents While Enrolling for Health Benefits

Enrolling employees for health benefits has never been more convenient! Previously, adding dependents required navigating to the Dependents section of the Employee profile. However, we have streamlined this process by introducing the ability to add dependents directly during the enrollment phase. This new feature allows you to seamlessly include dependents while enrolling employees, saving you time and effort.

NetSuite GL Report Setup

Introducing the new GL Report Setup feature for Net Suite! This enhancement enables companies using NetSuite to leverage our powerful GL engine for enhanced financial management.

Trim Extra Spaces for ID/Name When Searching on People Tab

We understand that typing habits can sometimes lead to extra spaces at the beginning or end of employee ID/Name entries. Previously, these spaces could cause inconvenience when searching for employees on the People tab. We have addressed this issue by implementing a solution that trims leading spaces when performing searches in the People tab. Now, you can quickly locate employees without worrying about extraneous spaces affecting your search queries.

General Performance Improvements

In this release, we have dedicated significant effort to enhance the overall performance of our system. Our focus has been on improving the internal tools and processes to ensure smoother user experience.

Though not the most thrilling update, these enhancements will benefit everyone in the long-run by providing a more efficient and reliable platform.

ACA Updates

We have made significant changes and improvements to our Affordable Care Act (ACA) process. Building upon the lessons learned from the previous year, we have refined our handling of ACA-related tasks. Our goal is to streamline the entire process, reduce administrative burdens, and deliver a smoother experience for all users. Look forward to exciting updates at the end of the year when the full impact of these enhancements will be realized.
