Clock Screen Is Reversed

If your clock display appears completely reversed (mirrored), this indicates a hardware defect.

Solution

This issue cannot be resolved through troubleshooting. The clock will need to be RMA’d (Returned Merchandise Authorization) for replacement.

• Please submit a support request and include:

  • Clock serial number

  • Description of the issue (screen reversed)

  • Any photos of the display for verification

Do not continue to use the device in this condition, as the issue will not self-correct and may affect usability.
