Join us for a session on Advanced Scheduling in Empeon Workforce, outlining how to build and manage schedules from setup through assignment. We cover creating Schedule Roles to define position-based scheduling rules, configuring Shifts (including lunch/unpaid break time), and linking Roles and Shifts through Budgets that set required headcount, optionally refined by Floor/Unit and Schedule Assignments. It explains Budget types (HPPD/Ratio for PBJ reporting and flat Budgets with optional Census tiers), Census tracking with Auto Calculate Census, and settings like Schedule Over Budget Severity. The webinar then demonstrates using Schedule Patterns for recurring schedules, managing schedules in Employee View and Daily View (drag-and-drop assignment, customization, filtering, posting open shifts to ESS Hub with approvals), and reviewing coverage via the Master Schedule.
