Accrual Reports

Introduction

Empeon offers a variety of reports specific to Accrual Policies, providing detailed insights into accrued time balances, usage, and adjustments. There are three accrual reports that can be run and reviewed:

Employee Accruals - Live Report

This report provides a general overview of all employees and their used and available accrual banks. Additional columns within the report can also be pulled in for bank fields such as "Current Accrued", "Total Balance" and "Overrides", if needed. This reports is a glimpse at the current status for all things relating to accrual banks for each employee.

Accrual Balance Report - Standard Report

The Accrual Balance Report is a standard report that can be run to see accrual balances for a past date. This can be useful for pinpointing accrual balances as of a specific past date in relation to the employee's base rate at that time. The report also displays the employer liability associated with the employee balances.

Accrual Transaction Report - Live Report

This report provides a detailed record of accrual transactions, showing the dates and time banks where hours were accrued. It is useful for identifying balances before and after any "clear" actions or overrides, as well as updated balances after time has been used.
